I’m very pleased with this product! Throughout winter, I never fell ill, even with a sick husband nearby who caught flu in the hospital. After just three days at home, he recovered. I followed the instructions: one capsule daily for prevention, and if I felt I might be getting sick, I took four capsules twice daily. I highly recommend it!
